"Besides knowledge and experience, practical decision making is required in the technique and application of cement pouring. In reinforcing, the applications vary for self-spreading, special durable for airports, 400 dosage and similar in various places and conditions. In the winter season, on days where weather conditions make it difficult to pour cement, we have encountered the layer frozen in tunnel moulds awaiting more suitable conditions. We asked the cement factories for hot water and concrete mixers."
